		Carousel	Sample_Holders
		This unit has been designed to assist with Multi-sampling and movement of samples within the UHV environment. Specifically designed for use with our range of Specimen Manipulators and Goniometers it could easily be modified to accommodate any sample size or loading system. Ideally the carousel would be mounted in a Sub-Chamber, isolated from the Main Chamber by a suitable Gate Valve and would be used in conjunction with a magnetically coupled Linear/Rotary Drive complete with a pick-up device. Samples would be collected in the Sub-Chamber and transferred through the valve to the Main Chamber and there deposited on to the Manipulator. This unit cannot be used in conjunction with the LN Cooling System.
	Specification (for RMD34 and RMD70)	all components made in natural finish aluminium alloy or atainless ateel six locating sample positions two transfer positions sample holders all stainless steel and tantalum
	Additions	magnetically coupled linear/rotary drives with stroke lengths available from 450-1500 mm sample holders to suit any system subchambers valves
